The Role

A senior role for an experienced commercial litigator or insolvency lawyer (6+ years PQE) looking for the autonomy of a boutique firm with the quality of work found at a top-tier. You’ll manage your own matters, run your own client relationships, and help shape the direction of the firm.

Responsibilities

• Independently managing a portfolio of complex commercial matters
• Senior client relationship management and strategic advice
• Appearing in Supreme Court, Federal Court, and appellate proceedings
• Supervising and developing junior lawyers
• Contributing to firm strategy, business development, and growth

What We’re Looking For

• Admitted solicitor in Queensland (6+ years PQE)
• Deep expertise in commercial litigation and/or insolvency
• Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
• Strong business development instincts
• Leadership capability — you can mentor and inspire junior lawyers
