The Role
We are growing and we need a smart, ambitious litigator to grow with us. This is not a role for someone who wants to be managed. It is a role for someone who wants to take ownership, develop their practice, and be genuinely supported to do so.
What you will be doing
- Commercial litigation: breach of contract, misleading conduct, injunctions, enforcement
- Insolvency and restructuring disputes: statutory demands, unfair preferences, insolvent trading
- Director and shareholder disputes: oppression proceedings, removal, fiduciary duty claims
- Debt recovery: letters of demand, enforcement, winding up proceedings
- Building and construction disputes: SOPA adjudication, QBCC matters, security of payment

What We Are Looking For
- 3 to 6 years PAE in commercial litigation (insolvency experience highly regarded)
- Admitted in Queensland
- Smart, commercially minded, and driven
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Someone who takes pride in their work and takes their clients seriously
